The short answer

Glow (Dent Labs, LLC) is listed as an AI skin scanner whose US store screens emphasise shopping, a routine you assemble, and daily tracking. Beeuty is the whole-face picture from one selfie: score, zones, routine, history. Both sit in the AI skincare aisle. The useful difference is what the public listing actually promises, and what we refuse to fill in.

Facts below are from the US App Store as of October 2026. We do not use a 2024 write-up of a similarly named “Glow AI” app — a public note on that story could not be matched to Dent Labs. We also do not fill in Glow’s photo-retention period, other store listings, or a medical disclaimer, because those were not in the sources we used.

What each app actually is

Glow (“Glow - AI Skin Scanner”) is published by Dent Labs, LLC. On the US App Store as of October 2026 it shows a 4.83 rating from 2,221 ratings, version 2.1.0 dated 4 September 2025, and in-app purchases of Premium $4.99, Glow Pro $27.00 and yearly $69.99. Store screenshots, summarised at concept level only, lead with next-generation skincare shopping, building your own routine, and daily tracking of a score and skin age. Newest US reviews (up to 100) often mention an easy, fluid first experience; they also mention selfie or login errors, a score that does not stay put, and the free tier being one-time. We found no company-reported revenue we could cite for this Glow; a widely circulated “$10K MRR” anecdote appears to belong to a different app of the same name.

Beeuty (“AI Skin & Face Scanner: beeuty”) is an iPhone and iPad app (iOS 16.4 or later). One selfie produces a 0–100 skin score, an estimated skin age (Glow Age), skin type and phototype, and a face map of blemishes, pores and texture, fine lines, sun damage, hydration and redness. It builds an ingredient-led routine, offers an ingredient guide and a label-reading Ingredient Check, and keeps history with the score trend. Free to download with optional PRO; analysis photos deleted after 30 days; results stated to be cosmetic estimates, not diagnoses.

Where Glow is the better choice

  • A larger US rating base. 2,221 ratings at 4.83 is a longer public record than Beeuty has.
  • Shopping and daily tracking is what the store screens lead with, including a score and skin-age tracker. Beeuty does not run a shop.
  • An easy first experience is the theme current US reviews still praise.

Where Beeuty is the better choice

  • A stated photo policy. Deleted after 30 days. We could not find Glow’s period.
  • Zone detail. A face map of six visible concerns, not only a tracked score. See the blemish map and pore and texture reads.
  • Brand-neutral ingredients. The routine and the Ingredient Check are not tied to a catalogue.
  • Clear cosmetic framing. Beeuty says it does not diagnose. For the medical line, read AI analysis versus a dermatologist.

Who should pick which

Pick Glow if you want a US-store scanner aimed at shopping and daily score tracking, and you are comfortable reading the live IAP sheet first.

Pick Beeuty if you are on iPhone or iPad and you want a whole-face map, a score history and ingredient-level advice from one selfie.

Some US reviews of Glow mention an inconsistent score and a one-time free tier. That is review language, not a lab test. Read the live listing before you subscribe to either app.

Looking for a Glow alternative?

If you came to Glow for a face scan and wanted a zone map with a stated photo policy, Beeuty’s core read is the scan: score, map, type, routine. If you came for in-app shopping, Beeuty will not replace a catalogue. See also Beeuty vs Bloom and Beeuty vs Thea, and the English seven-app comparison.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does Glow cost?
On the US App Store as of October 2026, Glow lists Premium $4.99, Glow Pro $27.00 and yearly $69.99. Those are USD list prices; we do not convert them. Beeuty’s own prices are not listed here.
Is this the same Glow as the 2024 “Glow AI” story?
We could not match that story to Dent Labs. This page is only about Glow - AI Skin Scanner by Dent Labs, LLC on the US App Store.
Which has more US ratings?
Glow: 4.83 from 2,221 ratings as of October 2026. Beeuty still has too few for the number to mean much.
Does either app diagnose skin conditions?
Beeuty states that results are cosmetic estimates, not diagnoses. We did not find a comparable disclaimer for Glow in the sources used here. Neither one replaces a dermatologist.
Is Beeuty on Android?
No. Beeuty is iPhone and iPad only. We did not confirm Glow’s other store listings for this page.
A quick note: Beeuty is a cosmetic and educational app, not a medical device. Its analyses estimate how your skin looks in a photo — they do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If a spot, rash, or mole worries you, or a concern persists or gets worse, please see a dermatologist.
